How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time either:

  • Through the app:

    • click your user icon in the top right

    • selecting Account -> Manage my subscription

    • follow the prompts to login to our payment processor, where you can update or cancel your subscription


  • Via email:

Are my goals shared with 3rd parties? What is your privacy policy?

Short answer: NO.

Longer answer: We do collect goal data in order to support app functionality like tracking goals across web & mobile, and showing historical goals in the journal. Over time, we will add more functionality to enhance our members’ experience and improve our hosts' abilities to personalize support.

Because our service is about building healthier relationships with productivity via human connection, we must be trustworthy in all aspects of how we do business. As avid tech users, we don’t like it when companies sell our data, and we want to protect our members from those sorts of practices. In order to be good stewards of our user’s data, we:

  • Do not sell data to third parties.

  • Will not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent.

  • Will, at a member’s request (email support@focused.space), scrub any of their data from our systems.

The official privacy policy that is attached to our app (legalese) is here: Focused Privacy Policy. We will notify our members if there are ever any significant changes to the privacy policy.
