Meredith is a professional ADHD Coach, consultant, and tutor with Autism and ADHD. Great news for you, neurodivergence (especially ADHD) has become one of her topics of hyperfocus. Meredith works with individuals to use their strengths, downplay their challenges, ease through transitions, and create some structure in their lives that will stick.

In this workshop and in her work with clients, Meredith will get to know your brain, figure out how you can start working with the way your unique brain wants to operate, and start building new neural pathways to work towards the things you want to do with your life.
