I am driven by curiosity and the desire to make this world a little better.

My experience discovering my neurodivergence at age 40, after coaching around goals, career, and accountability for several years, has fueled my passion for supporting other ambitious neurodivergent and multipassionate adults.

So many of us experience chronic challenges with perfectionism, cycles of burnout, energy mismatch, and general overwhelm. Through a collaborative partnership with my clients and utilizing a holistic, strength-based approach, we build sustainable systems, behaviors, and mindsets to empower them to tackle their unique challenges and achieve their goals.

What is a superpower of people with ADHD?

While we have our share of difficulties, we are also not afraid to think outside the box, dig deep for the people and things we're passionate about, and see possibilities everywhere.

What does mental wellbeing mean to you?

Empowerment. With my clients, I like to focus on what they want more of in their lives, what brings them joy, what aligns with their values, what makes them come alive. By continuing to tap into those joyful, fulfilling spaces, we find more purpose, more satisfaction, more resilience, and more confidence.

What do you love about working with your clients?

It is such a privilege to be a small part of someone's journey. I love seeing my clients' grit and consistency, their personal and professional growth, and the clarity they define along the way. Seeing them come alive and feel more empowered and confident is beautiful.

Is there a recent testimonial you'd like to share from a client?

"I looked forward to our weekly calls—a perfect mixture of celebrating accomplishments, goal-setting, and something very similar to an uplifting conversation with a close friend. There is no blame or shame in Aja’s approach; she is compassionately capable of meeting you right where you are and helping you set yourself free from self-defeating thought patterns."
