What do you recommend to help clients focus on their work?

Beginning is often the hardest part. If you're having a hard time getting started, it may be because you don't have a clear idea of exactly what you need to do, and so feel overwhelmed by *gestures vaguely* everything. I recommend my clients begin by outlining what they need to do, and starting with one small piece of it. When you get into the groove, you may find it's easier to keep going.

What is the superpower of ADHD?

I've long felt that ADHD is not a disability but just a different perspective. Many of my ADHD friends are smart, funny, creative people. It's the formulaic, prescriptive working systems we've created that have failed them, not the other way around. ADHD folks have unique perspectives and ways of approaching problems that can be immensely valuable.
