Jonathan French
ADHD Coach
What are your areas of interest?
I work with people who are outwardly successful in areas like work or business (doctors, directors, business owners, creatives, etc.), but who are experiencing overwhelm, burnout, or chaos. I enjoy working with clients who are deeply capable, but struggle with follow through or taking consistent action.
Best way for potential clients to contact you
I’m an ADHD coach who believes meaningful change sticks when it’s rooted in our values and in how we actually work, not in how we think we should. I’ve built a successful, value-centered life that honours my creativity, unique ways of doing things, and shifting interests. Now I work with smart, deeply capable, and scattered minds who want sustainable ways to function and move toward that matters most—without burning out or betraying themselves.
How would you describe your unique style of working with clients?
My style is collaborative, respectful, and practical. I work best with people who are ready to be honest, experiment, and approach change with some self-compassion.
A recent testimonial
“For a long period of time, years, I’d been surviving. Everything was about reacting, and there wasn’t a single situation I walked into where I wasn’t carrying the weight of life stress. Now, I have a new job that I love, a sense of calmness, and my relationships have improved. I’ve dropped the constant stress and for that I’m forever thankful. I am finally out of the perpetuating crisis.”

Client Expertise
I work primarily with successful professionals and business owners with ADHD. Many of my clients find me after having worked with therapists or other coaches previously.
Coaching Approach
I utilize cognitive and body-based modalities in a trauma-informed way to help people build better habits and develop a more resilient nervous system in service of their goals. I incorporate tools from CBT, DBT, and extensive mindfulness and somatic practices, all tailored for neurodivergent individuals.
