Krysta is the founder of Mindful Mountains Wellness. ​Krysta's experience in physical, neurological, and mental health has allowed for a holistic approach to wellness. She desires to empower individuals to thrive through an improved understanding of their brains, bodies and abilities.

​She is a queer, neurodiverse, outdoor adventurer who loves biking, snowboarding, photography, and writing.

My evidence-based ADHD psychoeducation allows clients to learn concepts in a way that is tailored to their visual learning style

My treatment approach is multi-model and borrows from many different theories and practices. During my practice, I offer visual psychoeducation to allow for a deeper understanding of the ADHD brain, nervous systems and strategies. I break complex ideas down into simple visuals and teach strategies to thrive in all aspects of work and life. I believe in empowering people with evidence-based knowledge and strategies so they can accept themselves and move forward through life with their ADHD brain.
