I help anxious and stressed professionals heal anxiety and trauma through a holistic approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based treatments. This involves exploring, untangling and reworking thought patterns, developing and nurturing mind-body connection while using techniques like mindfulness.

For couples, I operate from the evidence based Gottman Method to develop skills for conflict resolution and deepening connection and intimacy. I work to create an open space to discuss all identities: race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, sexual practices, ability, size, citizenship, religion and age.

In my spare time, I love to travel, explore new cultures and cuisines and spend lots of time in nature.

What do you recommend to help clients focus on their work?

For folks with a trauma history, it can be challenging to quiet the noise and focus. Grounding techniques or re-orienting to the room you are in can be really helpful.
