Throughout the day, all of us have tasks swirling through our minds…
Calling the dentist, buying a plane ticket, future home improvement projects, and much more 😅
It can get noisy in there!
Introducing Brain Dump 🧠
We’ve been dreaming about this tool for a long time.
Our app currently lets you set goals for each day, but we hope to help you make longer-term plans, too. That’s where we’re headed!
By capturing tasks that you might not be able to tackle today, you can clear out the noise in your mind — and know that your goals for the future are safely stored in the focused space app.

When it’s on your mind, it goes into Brain Dump! Capture future tasks here so you can tackle them on another day.
Organize by tags, favorites, and date added ⭐️
Use tags and favorites to sort and organize your goals — so nothing gets lost in the noise.

Okay, don’t hate us… but just like you can only have 5 goals per day… there are only 50 “slots” in your Brain Dump.
For some people this will feel like too little, and for some it will feel like a lot!
But by limiting the number of open goals you can accumulate, we hope to help you stay focused and prioritize the things that matter most.
We also suggest a regular practice of “pruning” your Brain Dump list. Every couple weeks, you can go back through the list and delete things that maybe aren’t so important anymore. We will try to remind you to do this in our Weekly Planning Sessions as well!
Some other ways you can stay organized: “Starring” tasks will bump them up to the top of the list, and you can also “tag” your goals with different topics and filter by those. For example, if you only want to see tasks related to “home improvement,” you can create that tag and filter by it.
You’ll also be able to filter by date to see which tasks have been hanging on your list for a long time!
Brain Dump is like a backpack, not a to-do list 🎒
Think of Brain Dump like storage.
When you’re ready to tackle a goal, go to the Today’s Plan section of your app to work on it!

😎 Bonus: Improved Schedule Page!
Starting this week, when you sign up for sessions on our schedule page, a calendar invite will immediately be sent to you by email.

If you’ve ever tried to add a session from our schedule page, and the session didn’t appear on your personal calendar for up to 24 hours… well, we’re not living in that world anymore 😎
You’ll now be able to sign up for sessions and get them on your calendar right away — even if you choose sessions that are happening on the same day!
