Dr. Eliza Barach is a cognitive psychologist and Board-Certified Coach who helps high-performing adults with ADHD channel their natural drive to do more and experience more without burning themselves to the ground. Her work focuses on helping ADHDers design goals and systems that actually align with how their brains work, rather than forcing themselves into strategies that were never built for them.
