What’s your favorite part of being a focused space host?
Helping others find their motivation while bringing playfulness and calm.

What motivates you?
Finding small details that explain big things. That may sound vague—maybe it's more discovering moments of grace in the mundane. It informs all my work and interactions with people.

What is your favorite pizza topping?
Mushroom—but they have to be fresh, not canned!

What is your favorite book or podcast?
My favorite recent read—"The Life Before Us" by Romain Gary.
And I suppose I should say my podcast, "Other Men Need Help" is a favorite!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I'm a huge classic and genre film nerd and I like physical activities that feel like dancing (I'm currently boxing and am a former B-boy)

If you were a wildlife photographer, what creature would you focus on and why?
Sloths! Gentle, mellow, seemingly always smiling. I love those little guys.
