What do you recommend to help clients focus on their work?

Often when we are trying to focus we have a hard time gathering our thoughts which prevent us from making a decision, let alone the right one. Using the 54321 rule, I teach my clients how to STOP, count (out loud) "5,4,3,2,1", say an action phrase, and move their bodies. Verbal processing and movement changes the way your brain thinks because we are literally adding new information to the brain and changing our physiology which makes us more likely to take action

What is a superpower of people with ADHD?

They are some of the most creative people that I have ever met.

What do you love about working with clients?

I love being able to help those with ADHD realize that they actually are not stuck and that they are able empower themselves despite what they have experienced.

Why do you refer clients to focused space?

Awesome coworking opportunities/body doubling.
