Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Through our work together, I hope to help you better understand yourself, and your relationships and to help you see patterns that may be causing emotional distress in a safe therapeutic space. I strive to assist others in identifying and engaging in a more functional state of mental health & emotional well-being. As a psychotherapist with 10 years of clinical experience, I will make sure to work with you carefully, aiming to help you find solutions, emphasize your strengths, and engage life in a more empowered way. I am here to help give you the tools and strategies you need to succeed and help create more balance in your life.

Individuals with anxiety are great problem solvers and highly empathetic towards others.

How would you describe your unique style of working with clients?

My style is client-centered. As the client, your experiences, values, and opinions lead the way as you and I work together to create space for trust and growth. I am authentic, direct, and have a sense of humor that's used when appropriate, but also have a deep sense of empathy that will meet you where you are. You will always be treated with the utmost compassion, respect, and unconditional positive regard.

What do you love about working with your clients?

I love seeing my client's growth and their hard work through the therapeutic process. It's a rewarding feeling and I am honored to be chosen to go through this journey with them.
