I am a certified sex therapist who specializes in supporting those with ADHD and setting their environments up for success when it comes to their relationships, including intimacy. I am a clinician with ADHD and so this area is one close to home. Everyone deserves pleasure and happiness, but it's about securing your environment to be set up for that success.

Empowering them and showing them there is a way to be happy and experience pleasure, it's just finding out how to set their environments up for their success.

I am blunt and do not enable my clients. They are here for change and I ensure they get results if they are ready.
