Best way for potential clients to contact you
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who works with adults, adolescents, and children—and I’m passionate about helping people better understand how their minds work. I lead a dedicated and diverse team of psychiatric providers and therapists at Well Coast Medical, where we specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.
Whether you're navigating attention challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or looking for clarity and support, we offer comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and therapy tailored to your needs. You can meet with us from the comfort of your home via secure video visits, or in person at our welcoming offices across California and Oregon.
What do you recommend to help clients focus on their work?
Many people struggle with staying focused due to distractions, overwhelm, or racing thoughts. One strategy I often recommend is “body doubling”—working alongside another person (even virtually) to create accountability and structure.
What do you love about working with your clients?
I love helping clients understand how their brains work and watching them build confidence as they find strategies that actually fit their lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to see people go from feeling stuck to feeling capable.
How would you describe your unique style of working with clients?
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and solution-focused. I combine evidence-based care with curiosity and compassion, tailoring treatment to each individual’s strengths and goals.
What does mental wellbeing mean to you?
To me, mental wellbeing means having the tools and support to feel grounded, connected, and able to show up as your authentic self—especially during life’s inevitable ups and downs.
