As a bilingual (English/Spanish), licensed therapist, I believe in holding space for all parts that make you, you. I am committed to meeting you where you are on your journey of mental clarity and life transition. Life can be complicated; you are not alone.

What do you love about working with your clients?
Their resiliencies and their abilities to keep going - everyone has a story, waking up and getting things done takes effort. Finding the motivation even when there is none. I go beyond validating and summarizing for my clients. I believe therapy can be triggering and bring some levels of discomfort, but that is when you see the most growth.
