Autist and Coach for Neurodivergent Adults
Best way for potential clients to contact you

samloprete10792@gmail.com

I’m a late-diagnosed autistic coach and longtime entrepreneur who works with autistic adults and other neurodivergent overthinkers. I know what it’s like to be capable and thoughtful while having so many thoughts competing at once that you can’t tell what the real issue is or what to do next. In my practice, I listen closely, ask direct questions, and help people separate facts, fears, assumptions, values, expectations, and missing information so they can hear their own thinking more clearly. My goal is not to tell someone the correct life to live, but to help them find a next move that makes sense to them.

What do you love about working with your clients?

I love watching clients learn to love themselves unconditionally while making small, chosen changes toward the life they want.

What do you recommend to help clients focus on their work?

I like working with clients on self-trust, self-judgment, overthinking, overwhelm, indecision, boundaries, major life transitions, and building a life that works for them without shame. I also help autistic adults navigate communication and relationship challenges.

Why do you refer clients to Focused Space?

It gives clients supportive body doubling and accountability when insight alone is not enough to help them act.

What does mental wellbeing mean to you?

Mental well-being means being able to live, choose, rest, and grow without treating every difficulty as evidence that something is wrong with me.

How would you describe your unique style of working with clients?

I shut up and listen ;)

Autistic adults, especially those who are late-diagnosed or navigating overwhelm, major decisions, identity, work, or life transitions.

Coaching Approach

My coaching is conversation-based, client-led, and nonclinical rather than organized around a clinical modality. Clients can bring the whole messy thought pile; I listen for repetition, hidden assumptions, competing priorities, and several problems being treated as one, then help separate facts, fears, values, expectations, and missing information. I offer possible interpretations tentatively and ask whether they fit, so the client remains the author of the decision. I also adapt pacing, question load, camera use, and written support to how the person actually processes.
