How do I change my password

If you’re already signed in: sign out of the app or mobile browser then select ‘forgot your password?’ on the login screen. 

If you aren’t signed in: go to app.focused.space or the mobile app then select ‘forgot your password?’ on the login screen.

How do I delete my account

Please email support@focused.space for assistance. Note: Deleting your account + data will take the focused space team up to 10 business days to complete.

Can I change the email my account is linked to?

Yes, but you will need to email support@focused.space for assistance.

Can I change my plan? 

Yes, you’ll login to the billing portal at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/9AQ6sf2fn99P0akdQQ
Select ‘Update Subscription’ and select the plan of your liking.

How do I change my avatar?

Open the app and click the Profile page on the navigation bar. From there you will click on "Add a profile picture" at the bottom of the page. You will be prompted to open a 3rd party site, Gravatar. Click "Continue" to open the page. Click on the "Get Started Now" button on the top right to create your account. A verification code will be sent to your inbox.

Once you've verified your account. You can add a profile picture.

I never got an activation email
