focused space is a powerful set of tools that combines live sessions facilitated by our great hosts (yes, they’re real people!) with our award-winning goal-setting app.

If you’re not already a member, visit focused.space and click "Sign Up" on the top right corner of the page. From there you'll be signed up for our free trial by logging in with your email address.

📧 Setting up your account

Once you sign up, a verification email will be sent to your inbox. You’ll need to click the link in the email, and then you’re ready to get started!

(Optional) Download the app if using on iOS or Android devices

Our app is always available on your web browser. But if you want to take it with you on the go, or join sessions from your phone, we recommend downloading our mobile app for the best experience.

📱What’s in the app?

  • 🏡 Home: Find announcements, the weekly theme, and links to our videos and resources.

  • ✅ Today’s Plan: This is where you’ll set realistic goals each day! After you set your goals, our app will walk you through breaking them down into smaller pieces.

  • 🧠 Brain Dump: Got tasks swirling through your mind, but not ready to tackle them yet? Add them to your Brain Dump anytime. You can tag them by theme or project to help you stay organized.

  • 🗓️ Schedule: See all of our upcoming sessions, filter by session type, and get calendar events and reminders if you sign up in advance. P.S. You can drop into any session, anytime — even without signing up in advance!

  • 👤 Profile: This is where you’ll find settings related to managing your calendar, emails, notifications, and account information.

  • ✨ Community Sessions: The core of the focused experience — jump into one of our work sessions that run all day. Our hosts will guide you through 25 or 45-minute work sprints, with restorative breaks in between. P.S. If you see a session that’s already in progress, you can still join!

  • 🎯 Refocus Sessions: Feeling an afternoon slump? This session will help you clarify your goals so you can get back on track.
