How do I change my plan?

  1. Login to the billing portal at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/9AQ6sf2fn99P0akdQQ

  2. Select ‘Update Subscription’ and select the plan of your liking.

How do I update my billing details?

  2. Select ‘Add Payment Method’ or ‘Update information’.

Can I add a coupon code to an active membership?

Yes, but you will need to email support@focused.space for assistance. The code will not be used retroactively. 

Can I pause my subscription? 

If you plan on returning to focused space within 2 months, please email Support@focused.space and we’ll set it up for you.

If you do not have a return date in mind or if it is more than 2 months away, please cancel your subscription. You can reactivate your subscription by emailing Support@focused.space when you’re ready!

Can I change the date that my plan renews on?

Yes, but you will need to email support@focused.space for assistance.
