The focused community comes from all walks of life, and that's how we like it. Our members are: remote/hybrid workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, creatives, folks with ADHD, and people looking to accomplish something big... or just make sure the dishes get done today 😜

What kind of work can I do with Focused Space?

Anything!

Our sessions are flexible, and you can work on a wide range of tasks, including work-related projects, studying, writing, folding laundry, cleaning out your junk drawer, doing taxes, or any job that benefits from focused attention.

We even have members use the time to practice musical instruments!

Whatever you want to accomplish, we'll help you make it happen.

What happens in a Focused Space session?

In our morning sessions, our hosts will help you set realistic goals, prioritize them, and make a foolproof plan for the day.

In our "Community Sessions", you'll get right to work on the goals you set in the morning. Our members report that these are some of the most productive hours of their week.

All you need to do is show up, and our hosts will guide you through the rest.

Do I have to interact with people or be on-camera?

Not unless you want to. Our sessions are designed with both extroverts and introverts in mind.

Although we love to see and hear from our members, feel free to stay off-camera. You can also choose to interact via our chat or throw up an emoji if you want to share how you feel.

We usually come off mute towards the end of calls to give thanks and say goodbye, but it’s never required.

How does Focused Space help people with ADHD?

While we believe Focused Space can benefit everyone, there are aspects of our service that are especially helpful for people with ADHD.

Many members of our team and community have ADHD, and although it comes with challenges, we are all working to fall in love with our creative minds and unlock our potential.

In particular, we help our members with task initiation, prioritization, focus, motivation, and energy management. We do this through body doubling, flexible and creative routines, self-compassion, and lightweight accountability.

Every week we also share new tips and strategies with our members, so you can try new approaches and see what works for you. With ADHD, there's no one-size-fits-all approach!

How much does Focused Space cost?

Membership is $25/month, or $120/year (which works out to $10/month). Every plan includes unlimited sessions, the app, and the community. You can try everything free for 14 days — and cancel anytime. We mean it.

Are the hosts real people?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every hosted session is led by a real human (meet them on our Hosts page). No AI coaches here. Our hosts are trained to make sessions warm, low-pressure, and genuinely useful, and many members say the hosts are the reason they keep showing up. (The 24/7 focus room is the one space without a host — an always-open room where members work alongside each other.)

What if I'm too anxious or awkward for group sessions?

You're in good company — a lot of our members (and our team!) describe themselves as introverts. Sessions are designed to be low-pressure: cameras and mics off is completely normal, nobody is watching your screen, and you never have to speak. You can lurk your way to productivity for as long as you like.
